A quick WOYWW tonight. I tried to make a quick card tonight after my bunco meeting...thought I had a cutie for you and then I got to looking at my 15 minute "start to finish" card...feeling pretty happy/smug with it when I noticed YIKES...the DP pattern was upside down....So, I tore it apart and gave up for the evening. Will give it another try when I am not so tired. I usually send cards like that to my daughter Erin, She tries to find where I messed up on it...sort of a Hide and Seek type card LOL!
Not much new this week. I did clean up this week, but this is my quick card desk frenzy. I am just not a quick card girl! You can see a new envelope in the basket...some image RAK's from my friend and fellow WOYWW'er Charlene. Thanks Charlene!
A quick peek at how I take my pictures. A nice little light box given to me as a gift. I don't know where it came from, sorry. It sure helps. I never worry about day light. I use a free photo editing program from Picasa...I love it..so very easy to use.
Here is the picture of the blog candy I will give out next week on my WOYWW post. Some pretty My Minds Eye 6x6 Stella Rose Designer paper and some roses too. I bought a bunch of these flowers, and have discovered that I am just not the flower type...I do like paper flowers, but have never used my prima's or any flowers really, so I am going to give them someone who knows how to use these lovelies!
Just leave me a comment here and let me know what stamping "thing/toy/stuff" you had to have, but have never used! If you are a follower you get an extra entry...be sure to let me know if you are a follower through google or feedblizt.
That's it. Done deal

Sweet!
Another "Sweet" House Mouse card. The challenge over at the House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge is to make a sweet card. I scrounged up enough of this great DP that I bought from DeNami several years ago to finish this card...(my hoarding habit kicking in LOL)!.
I did manage a little stamping this weekend, (not near enough though). Cherry harvest will be starting this week, which for me means working 7 days a week. Not fun....and totally bites into my crafting time. Hopefully this will be a non-eventful harvest so I can get home to my craftin' room some!
Hope you can find the time to join in on challenge #71-Create Something Sweet, you still have one more week!
Card details:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Stamps: Sweet Success HMPR1036, sentiment retired from SU!
Cardstock: Melon Mambo (SU!), DeNami DP
Ink: Memento Black and Copics
Misc: SU! Celery Satin Ribbon, SU! border punch, misc buttons

Blog candy winner!!!
I want to thank you all for leaving such fun comments on my blog candy post! It was so fun to see what everyone listens to for the holidays.
I can tell you that this weekend while I sewed and papercrafted, I listened to the Christmas albums of Josh Groban, Wynonna, James Taylor, Dan Folegberg, Sugarland, Clay Aiken, Kenny Loggins and Danny Archuleta(American Idol). Quite a collection huh? I finished my sewing project (whew!) and hope to give it to little Cole this weekend when Gwamma goes to visit! I can't wait!!!
My baking was sort of lame...I think I measured wrong on something...enough said LOL! (These type of cookies land in the "reject" pile and are fair game for the boys to eat! They do grumble, but I bet the cookies will be gone by tomorrow! LOL I got my pretzels dipped, cashew bark made and just put the Rocky Road in the freezer so I hopefully will stay out of it. All the easy stuff today...except for the reject batch of ginger cookies. I will have to try these again dang it!
The winner of my glittery blog candy is ELENA! Congrats Elena, I can't wait to see what glittery creation you make with all this!
I have another small but fun blog candy coming up the in the next week..so stay tuned!

great candy you are giving away! One of my favorite Christmas treats is Big Red Popcorn. Because it's red, this makes a fun Christmas gift for my dad and brothers...
Big Red Popcorn
5 qt popped popcorn
9 oz pkg red hots
1/2c butter
1/4 c corn syrup
1/2 t. salt
Cook red hots, butter, syrup and salt in microwave. Stir often. Boil 1 minute. Pour over popcorn in grocery sack (paper); stir. Cook (in the paper sack) on high in microwave for 1 minute. Shake and cool.
