Yep-- I am one of those Mothers.....

Yes, I confess...I am one of those Mom's that still makes fun stuff for her kid's  school birthday party! Yes, Even when the child IS the teacher of the class room!

My daughter Abby is a 5th grade teacher and  had a birthday last week.   I made these fun cupcakes and water bottles for her students.  I forgot the fun zebra cupcake holders for this picture darn it! Oh well...I aslo  found fun pink and zebra striped napkins at the Dollar Store and Zebra and Pink balloons too-perfecto!

My Abby loves PINK  and anything mustachy---that was a built in party theme for me!

Here are few of the PINK  things I made for the birthday girl... my first try at vinyl layering. I decided I need to get clear transfer tape-would be so much easier! These were fun to make though!

I am home from the Oregon Country Jamboree

I am back from my mini vacation and I had a wonderful few days of sitting in the sun, listening to music(Kelli Pickler--American Idol Finalist, Sugarland, Joe Nichols, Trace Adkins, Phil Stacey--American Idol Finalist, Randy Owen--Alabama and many more) and visiting with family and friends.

Family and Friends will always be the best part of this weekend.
