Birthday Grapes

This is such a sweet image but one that I had never colored before. I think coloring the grapes were a bit overwhelming, but I colored them finally and I think they turned out good enough to eat lol. 

I colored with copics and layered the image with several layers of plain white paper instead of dimensionals. I thought I would try the Jennifer McGuire method of layering with several pieces of the same size paper to elevate the image. She does that a lot with die cut sentiments too. I have to say it turned out lovely.

The pretty die was a gift so the maker is unknown, but it is lovely as well. The sentiment is from an older clear stamp set of Hoppy Hoppers named Hoppy Moments. It actually said Hoppy Birthday, but was easy enough to change with a fine tip pen.

Kitten Cast

I made this cute card for my Sweet 16 niece that broke her arm at the start of summer. What timing! 

This is an older stamp but still available online.  I cut a card base with my Silhouette (Christmas Card #22177 by Lori Whitlock) and inserted the image.  Love this fun little ladybug paper.

Such a sweet little card!  I made this to send to my little niece that I just met. She is definitely a Mama's girl(what little girl isn't lol).  At the beginning of my visit, the only way she would let me hold her was if I sang You Are My Sunshine! You gotta do what you gotta do to sneak in little hugs and kisses! 

She will love this smiley sunshine-before she probably rips it apart! Ha! 

The sentiment is a print and cut included in the file.

Just a note about the Silhouette Store-due to their online remodel, the site has been experiencing many difficulties. It may take awhile to get things straightened out. Be patient-these things take time. I feel for them.  All these files can also be found at Lori Whitlock.com so you don't have to wait!!!

Another cute Critter Party card! It is a classic set but still widely available. And it has cake....

I cut a sweet little gift card holder with my Silhouette and stamped this fun sentiment ( I don't know who made it-but I love it).  The pretty detailed flap folds to the back to seal the envelope.  I added a gift card to the insert and it is done!

These meecie are certainly hanging on for dear life! It has been so very windy here in my neck of the woods so this stamp is very appropriate! 

My stamped image was colored with copics and the background sky was stenciled (Peacock Feathers Distress ink)with a Lawn Fawn cloud stencil.  I used Penny Black Zig Zag stacked stitched dies and some fun Doodlebug paper to finish it off. I used a MFT sentiment strip die as well.
