This sweet little Happy Hopper has it down and makin' it look easy!

I used a fun die for my card base and used the stamp Knit, Chick Purl 2.

House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge-LOVE

Challenge  #234

hosted by our Talented Teamie, Christine is

***LOVE***

(Use at least ONE Heart on your LOVE creation)

NOTE that ALL of our challenges have the alternate option of
*ANYTHING GOES* too!
So come and join the fun by entering your projects using
any House-Mouse, Happy Hopper or Gruffie image
stamps, CD collection images and, or, any decoupage by
House-Mouse Designs!

I used a partial stamp for this card...I needed a small image to fit into the center heart.  After looking through all my stamps-I found the perfect image, or should I say 'partial' image.
As a fan of House Mouse/Happy Hopper Stamps, you all know they are fairly BIG stamps, so can you see what I did??

I used just the two little smoochie bunnies from this image, just inking up part of the image and stamping it on the precut heart. The stamp is named Mistletoe Bunnies.  I love it when I can  use a stamp for different occassions!

The card base is a cut file designed by Lori Whitlock named
                   A2 x-card Valentine Heart.

I used copics E31,33,34,37 and E42,43,44  E00 and R20 for the bunnies. BG11 for the sky and T 0,1,2,4 for the ground.

HMFMC 188---Friends

I am hosting  challenge #188...so I do hope you play along!

Glitter Text Generator

OBVIOUSLY ....Itty Bit is in need of a friend to help with the weigh in, and possibly  a wee bit of inspiration in the will power department maybe? LOL  Gosh I think I could use a friend to keep me on track and away from the candy too!

The card I am showing today uses a stamp named Light as a Feather featuring Itty bit and Hop It(it's an older Stampabilities stamp)! I have had the sentiment stamp forever-it has the name American Art Stamps on it.

I cut out a fun pink clip board card base with my Silhouette  to add my image on to.  I mean really--- we should all have a pink clipboard right???... I used some brush silver paper for top clip as well. Pretty simple!

I would love it if you could make a House Mouse card about Friends!

There are some great prizes for this challenge...so don't miss out!!!

Here's the scoop from the House Mouse Challenge Blog:

Create anything that shows friendships. Themes are just for fun. ALL HMFMC challenges have the alternate option of *ANYTHING GOES* too!  So come PLAY ALONG and enter for your chance to win by using HMD stamps, HMD CD images or HMD  decoupage on your projects.

House Mouse and Friends-3 Men And A Baby

I made this for the current House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge #54...use a movie title as an inspiration for your challenge card. I chose Three Men and a Baby and used this darling little Happy Hopper for my "baby"!

You know those old sepia tone pictures that were then hand colored with very pastel colors? That is what this image reminds me of. I gave Itty Bit just a touch of pink on her nose and ears and a touch of blue on the rim of the baby bottle. Itty Bit is stamped in chocolate chip brown with no extra coloring on her body.

She is cut out with an oval nestie and matted several times, with teeny tiny brown pearls around the rim of the scalloped nestie. There are also so shiny brads in each corner. The inside says
'Congratulations on the birth of your beautiful baby'.

I am not sure if Itty Bit is a boy or girl bunny...but this is definitely a boy baby card!

ETA: Okay...Carol wants to know where I hid the THREE MEN! Don't tell her I sent them to her blog LOL! Silly girl....and I did add back on the missing brown pearl on this card...drives me nuts when I see this pic without the pearl! oh well...you get the idea LOL

Card details:

Cardstock: SU Parisian Breeze, Baja Breeze (both retired)and Choc Chip

Ink: Choc Chip, copic

House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge-Red, White and Blue!

Here we go with a very 4th of July looking card for this week's Red White and Blue challenge over at the House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge Blog.

This is this month's stamp and sentiment of the month for the House Mouse gang. Although this isn't a mouse, it is his buddy Happy Hopper!

I used a sketch challenge designed by Cindy Haffner. You can find it HERE.

I used my new EK Success border punch on this card...you know you can never have too many punches! I am crazy for punches, especially border ones! This one reminds me of swiss cheese. (hmmm... I must be hungry)

---------------------

Stamps: Happy Hoppers Air Head (Itty Bit) (HMl1018), Sentiment Blow Away (DR1113) both by Stampabilities. You can see all the House Mouse of the Month stamps HERE.

Cardstock: Real Red, White GP, cupcake by Basic Grey

Ink: Memento Black, Copics, SU real red marker for sentiment

Misc: EK Success border punch, circle nesties, misc red heart brads, stampa-majig, dimensionals for the circle sentiment

Hoppin you feel better soon! House Mouse Monday Challenge

I made this card for this week's House Mouse Monday Challenge. I had this whole post typed up and it went kaput...gone into thin air somewhere...darn...! Let's start again...!

Well, here I am 'sqeeeekin' in on another House Mouse Monday challenge. The theme this week is Get Well Soon. I just got this new Happy Hopper from RK Stamps so had to fit it into this challenge somehow. I used theClassroom Spring Fling Challenge.

This is a BIG stamp so this card is BIG 5x7!

This is my first all copic colored card...YIKES I need a colorless blender...I had a hard time coloring in the lines LOL...back to first grade for me! There is definitely a learning curve here!

ahhh...do you remember the days when you used to jump on your bed and hoped Mom didn't catch you? I do.....

---------------------------

Stamps: HMPR1080 Bunny Hop, sentiment computer generated

Cardstock: SU! Rose and Chocolate Chip, DP My Mind's Eye

Ink: Memento Black and copics

Misc: SU! circle punches, SU! Rose and choc chip ribbon

Wonderful RAK's ...What fun!

I received this fun Easter treat from my Stampin Sis Heidi Fleetwood..YES the one and only...she has not been blogging for a while, but like we all know...those stamps just keep a calling and she is now blogging with her good stampin friend Carol. They are sharing a blog and boy are they posting some of the best out there! Make sure to go visit them at Our Little Inspiration.

(it was a struggle of will power not to eat the chocolate before this picture was taken Heidi!) thanks for the sweet surprise and I feel so excited to have reconnected..it was way too long!

Heidi made this card too...again with her usual eye for detail. An embossed basket full of eggs (using glossy embossing paste for a 3D effect on the eggs, copper embossed and highlighted basket and some fun little silky grass. You can find her description HERE.

Miss Libby sent me this card from her From Courtney's Closet Inspiration Challenge. It is even cuter in real life (IRL)! Both kitties are paper pieced as well as the balloons. Even the little orange cheeks are paper pieces! Nice sewing on this card too...I have to try that again. Thanks Libby...I have really enjoyed this card! You can see her description HERE.
This card is from one of my longest known stamping friends, Sally Hatcher. I met her on the Mid West Stampers yahoo group, we migrated to the House Mouse and the now defunct Best of House Mouse yahoo groups and now we belong to a sort of combined yahoo group named Stampers United. Whew...that's a lot of traveling...but we still keep in contact. I have so enjoyed all of Sally's creations through all these groups...Hi Sally!
Last but not least, I received this wonderful Happy Hopper card in a swap from Karyn Hick from Canada. She also is a "newer" member of the Stamper United yahoo group. I can only imagine what this lil' bunny is telling this froggy! Thanks Karyn...this bunny is so sweet!

3 Clover's Thursday Challenge #7-Bunny FOOD

Ahhh...it's time for another 3 Clover's Thursday Challenge. I love this Happy Hopper stamp, but boy was it time consuming to color...goodness! The finished card turned out so cute, so in the end...it was worth it! I was playing around with my 7 copics and I think I ended up using them all on this card plus my prisma's.

The challenge this week was that your card had to include FOOD! Now, that's not too hard for me...I love food! What better way to show off food than what I can only imagine a Bunny Barbeque would look like LOL!

I used my new nestability shape, which I found a wee bit hard to work around. I managed in the end to add a few of my little favorite carrots tied on the side to finish it off. I don't know who makes the carrot stamp, but I got it years ago at Auntie Amys Unconventional Unmounted Rubber Stamp Convention...oh the good ole' days! I remember tons of unmounted rubber in mounds on big tarps if you had the patience to pick through it all! That was before the days when I realized it was so important to document the makers of your stamps...live and learn!

The sentiment inside says "To my 24 "carrot" friend"

----------------------------

Stamps: Rabbits of the Round Table by Stampability (HMOR1135), carrot stamp -unknown

Cardstock: Bo Bunny polka dot cardstock for card base, Pink Pirourette, GP white

Ink: copics, prisma's, Memento Black

Misc" Offray orange ribbon, SU twine

House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge- Apple of My Eye!

Isn't this just the cutest darn Happy Hopper stamp? I have had this stamp since it first was released. I have to say this blog is enticing me to use all my uninked stamps and I am lovin' it! The difference I am finding is that I used to make 3 or 4 of the same card but now most of my cards are just going to have to be "originals" because by golly, I am off to the next stamp....You should see the order I just received from Dick and Katie at Hmstamps and KTstamps. The links to their online stores are on to the left in places I like to shop! I am going to have to get busy!

Dick at HMstamps has decided to focus just on Penny Black stamps and Katie is now handling all the Peanuts, House Mouse and Friends, Stampendous etc. Go take a peek at their sites!

I made this stamp for the HM&F Monday Challenge...well my stamping time seems to be the weekends, so I am always the last minute lizzy in joining in! This week's challenge was to focus on stitching. This is the first time I have used my sewing machine on a card...fun stuff!

I pulled out my Summer Picnic DP from SU! Oh this stuff is sooooo nice! Love the rich colors. And of course my Martha scallop punch is never far from my reach!

I colored this image with my prisma's and then sewed the image on to some DP and added some little buttons and ribbons to finish it off. I love the sentiment I bought to go with this Happy Hopper too!

I used my beloved little paper shaper apple punch inside.

Stamps: Stampabilities- Happy Hopper An Apple A Day (Hop It) HMLR1047, Apple Of My Eye DR1088

Cardstock: Real Red, GP white, SU! Summer Picnic DP

Ink: Black, Prisma's, SU! markers old olive, real red and choc chip to color sentiment

Misc: Martha scallop punch, SU! buttons and red gingham ribbon, paper shaper apple punch, my trusty sewing machine!
