Easter Treat Projects- Donut Bunnies and more

Aren't these little Amy Robison Donut Bunnies fun?  The little bunny head is a cut file designed by Amy Robison/Silhouette Store. I  bought it last year and ran out of time- so here we go 2014!  I am thinking of making these for friends...but haven't decided yet. The cute little Believe in the Bunny tag is a carrot file from the Silhouette Store and the sentiment is from Jaded Blossoms Easter Treats 2 stamp set. (their shipping is super fast!)

Life is Art-WOYW?W 219

Our little one is leaving the nest....

Let me explain:

We have a sweet young lady working in our office this summer. She is smart and talented and will be heading off to the University of Oregon(USA) in just a week. She is on the Oregon Dance Team and is anxious to get started on her new adventure. I made this farewell card for her...we will sure miss her-so she better come back to work with us next year!!!

Aubrey aka (Amy with a Y-inside joke there) is quite a talented dancer so I thought this would be the perfect sentiment for her.

Dance on little one...we will be watching you on facebook!

About the card:

I used a fun color pallet card from the Silhouette Store and the perfect sentiment from Great Impressions! I knew when I saw this wonderful sentiment exactly what I was going to do with it!

About the work desk this week:

Here's the ole' desk...thought about tidying it up a wee bit for the pic-but you all know what it usually looks like anyway. I sure miss my cool desk...this one is so small compared to my lovely IKEA desk, but I guess it is less to mess up and clean up!

This week on the left you can see a surprise package from a stamp company that I am going to guest for in October,  so watch for that....a baggie full of change left over from my garage sale adventures this weekend...Also, my tiny black Oregon purse(trying to downsize from a big purse and so far so good)...the Art stamp I just used on a clear mount-waiting to be put away, an important note about something I do not want to forget...TWO phones-cell and landline and some Oregon Ducks stickers for a project I finished this weekend-hope to post that soon! AND you can see Julia's blog up on my computer screen tonight!

I am off and running for the evening-see all you fellow WOYW?W er's next week too! Stop in and say Hello to our WOYW?W Mom-Julia at Stamping Ground!

Entered in the Silhouette Challenges-Shaped Cards.

Great Impressions Christmas Good-bye

Jammie Day Sunday!

Today I say good-bye to the Great Impressions Design Team. I have had a great time getting inky with them! My year on the team is over, and I want to thank them for having me as part of their family!

So let's grab our oaties, a big sip of milk, and off we go on our last Jammie Day!

Today I am making my very first Christmas card of the year! Oh my-I better get with it...and you had to know I would  have to use an image with the meeces!  Gotta love 'em!

This sentiment is a perfect fit for this snowman and Christmas light paper, don't you think?

I used a fun sketch from  Your Next Stamps Challenge #1.

Thanks to Molly and Deone for keeping me going at Great Impressions and to Jenny for being such a great team leader!

This is not goodbye for me, you will still see many Great Impressions creations coming from my blog!

Thanks for stopping in to say Hello today-I always look forward to your visits!

Great Impressions --- Everything!!!

Jammie Day Sunday

Know What's Nice About a Friend Like You?-Everything!

Hello my Great Impressions Friends!  My Jammie Day Sundays are winding to a close, but I still have two oaties/jammie/robe/ slipper days to go!

Today I am using Birdies On a Swing and A Friend all framed by a pretty swirly frame I cut with my Silhouette.

Don't you love  these chicks in their matchy matchy colors? I think they color coordinated their feathers with the heidi grace designer paper!

I will see you all next week! Don't forget about to pop over to Great Impressions and check out all the new release stamps!!!

Wishing You Tons of Happy Days

Welcome to Jammie Day Sunday!

Hello to you all this morning! I do hope you enjoy your oaties and cocoa ...and do a little crafty inspiration surfing this morning-what better way to start off the day?  Unfortunately, it is cherry harvest time here in Oregon, so I am off to work. (Yes, cherries ripen 7 days a week LOL!)  This morning I had to trade in my slippers and pj's for work clothes and car keys...what kind of trade is that?....geez....

Today I went very clean and simple-these stamps  seem to take very few embellies to make them shine, don't you think?
These are  new release stamps from Great Impressions

My crafty friend Deloris has been rockin' tur-ker-roiz cards lately and I could not get them out of my head. Seems turquoise and white  is such crisp and clean combo!

I opened my new pack of Simple Stories SN@P! color  vibe papers (yes, I have been saving them for a special occassion card-but aren't they all?)...so here we go!

The little kite and elephant are added on with pop dots to add a little extra dimension. I cut the half banner for the sentiment with my Silhouette. Added a little twine with a bow and added the completed panel onto the card base with dimensionals.

I think this is one of my favorite Great Impressions card...although I think that of every card I make. My time on the design team is coming to an end-June 30th will be my last posting for the team, but certainly not my last Great Impression's cards...so let's not be sad!

Right now there is a sale going on at Great Impressions-20% off and free shipping in the US with a $25 order. A great deal!

Please take a few minutes to pop over to the Great  Impressions Blog and see what the rest of the team has been up to. Our June challenge is Leave A Little Sparkle.

Sorry for being so chatty today-just wanted to say thanks for stopping in to say Hello-I always look forward to your visits!

Hang In There

Jammie Day Sunday!

Hello to you all this morning! I am here to share this fun 3D card-reminds me of a diorama card. I love the dimension! This poor kitty is hanging on for dear life...off an Oregon cherry tree LOL!

This is another card for my coworker that is still sick. He is healing, but oh so slowly. This one I will set on his desk-words of encouragement to be patient.

I cut out the 3d card, tree, grass and banner with my Silhouette. I extended the length of the branch with a copic multi-liner so that it would be long enough to reach the full width of the window and a wee bit more so that I could tape it to the inside of the card. To finish it off I added the scenery and sentiment banner. Done!

Right now there is a sale going on at Great Impressions-20% off and free shipping in the US with a $25 order. A great deal!

It stinks....and here's the rest of the story!

Jammie Day Sunday!

Okay-I know I have a lot of explaining to do about this card. If you remember my last week's post, I told you I had this other card ready to post and decided it was not "pretty" enough to post on Mother's Day-and now you see why LOL!

I am not sure if you remember this card I made with the cute skunk and stinky sentiment-

At the first of the year I sent this card to a dear friend struggling with serious health issues.

Last week he was telling me that after his latest surgery  he was sure the meds were making him have very strange dreams. One night he said there was a skunk chasing him and "got/sprayed" him good. So...I had to make him another 'stinky' card! LOL.  We both work at a cherry processing plant, so not only did I get a skunk on this card, but a sparkly cherry tree too! I hope when he  gets this card  it will give him a big smile.

This  is a reminder just how much your special hand made creations are appreciated-so keep on sending your creations-they do make a difference!

Please take a few minutes to pop over to the Great  Impressions Blog and see what the rest of the team has been up to. Our May challenge is Celebrations, an easy one to join in!

Happy Mother's Day!!!

Jammie Day Sunday!

I hope as you are reading this that you are enjoying your day-taking it nice and easy-a bowl of oaties and a glass of milk and set to browse inspiration a wee bit this morning!

Today I am showing you two wonderful sentiment stamps. I actually had another card ready to go and then decided it wasn't very Mother Day-ish, so I am showing you this one instead...

I cut the card base with my Silhouette as well as the pretty flowers-a freebie template yesterday from Miss Kate's Cuttables. I thought this sentiment fit perfectly with the flowers and then realized I had the perfect "Designed by" stamp too! I also just got this new pastel Graphic 45 designer 6x6  paper pad---It was meant to be!

Please take a few minutes to pop over to the Great  Impressions Blog and see what the rest of the team has been up to. Our May challenge is Celebrations, an easy one to join in!

Great Impressions May Challenge-Celebrations!

Welcome to:

Jammie Day Sunday!

Celebrations!!!

The weather has gotten so nice this week, it inspired me to make this  bright and cheerful card for the May Challenge at Great Impressions-Celebrations .

I used some lovely designer paper from My Minds Eye and this cute little Whimsical Potted Tulips stamp.  I love how this image with it's little butterflies and the little butterflies on the paper  are a perfect match for each other.

I cut the sentiment with my Silhouette and added lots of pretty paper layers for this Birthday card. I love the little striped paper around the outer edges, don't you!? Lots and lots of layers, but oh so pretty!

I hope you can take a few minutes and check out the Great Impressions Stamps Blog
and join in your card-any Celebration will do!  See you next week!
