I am just loving these slimline cards. I can cut the base on my Silhouette and add fun little embellishments and still have room for more!  

I cut the slimline card with my Silhouette cutting machine as well as the little get well embellishments.  I made this for family- a 94 year old who just had his appendix out. You would think by the time you get to 94 you would be home free with your appendix! Poor guy was so sick until he had surgery. dxc He's doing well now though.

 I kept the colors more "manly" instead of my  usually bright colors.

Loved making this card! Bees really are FUN!

I colored the image with copics and cut out the image with my ScanNCut. I also stamped the flowers several times in order to fill in the complete width of the card. Some of the elements are added with pop dots.  The sentiment is from an older Hero Arts stamp set named Anytime Messages.  The honeycomb background was cut with my Silhouette and is named Honeycomb slim stencil card by Suzanne Cannon.

Cotton Ball

Although this stamp is named Cotton Ball  -it looks to me like this little meece is sleeping on one of those round flowers named Allium.

It can be hard to use a small stamp like this, so I am happy how simple and sweet this card ended up! The spring flower doily was cut with my Silhouette and it can be found here.
