Welllll...not exactly a baby themed card, I decided to go with the Anything Goes Theme because I wanted to use this stamp set again while it was summer.

I used a trifold card base from My Scrap Chick and a cool sun file from the Silhouette Store. Colored the littles with copics and used a sentiment from the same Wet and Wild set.
