I am using another vintage Penny Black stamp set, but I did find a few links where it is still available. It's a super cute set! All the critters are definitely having a great party!
I lightly stenciled the Shadow of Leaves stencil for the background. I blended distress inks on the sentiment and added it to the bottom of the card. The images are colored with copics and cut out with my ScanNCut. All the sweet little images were added on with pop dots. A fairly simply card but geeze, I used so many tools on this one. Now to put all the goodies back in my craft room!

That's great that you've given all the links, Sue. I love these older PB critter sets. Just look how adorable. They really touch my heart. It's so pretty how you colored them, shaded the birthday sentiment, and stenciled the background. So much fun!
