Everything is better with Chocolate! My Craft Spot Guest Designer

My Craft Spot

I was so honored to be asked to be a Guest Designer for My Craft Spot!

My Craft Spot

Kim was so nice and shared this fun stamp set Bon Appetit with me!  And GUESS WHAT???  I also get to give away a stamp set to one winner from those who leave me a comment on my blog!   Yep, Blog Candy!

This set  is so versatile-I had a hard time choosing just a few sentiments to make up in to fun cards, so I am guessing you will be seeing the rest of the sentiments in the near future! In fact, come back to my blog next Saturday, November 23rd,  and I will have another card for you and announce the winner!

This fun chocolate bar #51227(Hmmm looks like a yummy Hershey bar to me) is a new cut file from Echo Park at the Silhouette Store. I used a couple different brown papers and some shiny brushed silver cardstock for the candy wrapper. I stamped the 'Everything is better with Chocolate' sentiment on cream cardstock, matted on chocolate and silver cardstock and tied it on with some brown twine. I changed the file up a bit to make it a card that opens at the top too.

Freshly Baked...can't you almost smell freshly made bread?  I do! I made this toaster holding some wonderful 'Freshly Baked' bread.  ( I don't know too many people that have a green and yellow toaster, but seems I always think of my Oregon Duck colors!)

I love that the toast pops out and opens up so that  you can write a message inside!

Thanks for stopping in today! I do hope you have enjoyed your visit!

Sue

Very fun and cute projects. The toaster reminds me of a salt and pepper shaker my grandparents had--there were two bread slices--one for salt and one for pepper.

I love both of these. The toaster has been on my to do list for a while. Maybe I will have to move it some. I am adding the candy bar to the list as well.

Thanks for the inspiration.

Such adorable projects!!! Love that retro toaster.

How lovely of you to offer blog candy. You did not coerce us into becoming followers in order to be eligible, but I am a brand-new follower of yours, nonetheless. Yippeee!!

Okay, if you're giving away blog candy what could be better than to post a candy bar? That's so cute! I love, love, love the toaster card!! I don't care -- green, yellow, purple, whatever -- that is just the cutest idea ever!
