WOYW?W 218

Finally...been on a wee summer break and just getting home...here is what is waiting for me...You can see Julia's What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday post on the computer screen. Also some bills to pay, a package rec'd in the mail and just general junk type stuff all over. You can see the lovely sun shining in too!

Thought I would show you what I keep in my carousel 'thingy'. My fave inks (Memento black and brown and Versafine black) Some glue that I make a mess with and my liner pens and embossing stylus.
And here you can see my zillion of scissors and glue and my Quick Sticks behind the glue (to pick up tiny pieces I have cut out). Now let me explain....  I get to crafting and I lose tools all the time(or have some packed up for classes)...they tend to get buried during the making of a project! I am so happy when they are all rounded up again!!!
Here we are at the Oregon Jamboree- A sea of fun in the sun! Don't know any of the crowd here...just a general shot.
Lukey gives Gwamma a wink and a thumbs up!
And Cole gives Gwamma a funny face! These boys had a great time!

Always nice to see my Cousins. Beautiful girlies!  We had to have our pics taken with Luke Bryan's  semi truck-that's about as close to a famous person as we got  last weekend.. LOL!

Thought you WOYWW'ers would love this crafty...we went to an antique fair in the park one day...lots of lovely things, but love these pretty flowers made from dishes!

Well that is what I have been up to all week-playing!!!! It all ended too soon and now it is back to reality!

Thanks for popping in and reading through this post! See you soon!

Happy WOYWW Sue,

I love your organiser and all your scissors. I have a lot of pairs of scissors mostly different ones, I have one pair like yours and the yellow and black ones too.

Those dish flowers are amazing, nobody has thought of those in the shop, there are plates and records made into tiered cake holders and cups made into pin cushions.

Cazzy x #100 (I am so pleased to be 100 I really don't know why!).

alaways nice to come home and find crafty stash! (forget the bills!) Lovely pictures and lots of cowboy hats! I think over the years I have counted and lost count of about a trillion of those lovely carousels I've never seen one to buy tho! I am still trying to make one out of gravy tubs and a lazy Susan!

Happy WOYWW!!

Wow love your carousel and more so the idea that you have a few pair of scissors... I'm always looking for mine as I only have the ones required... one for paper, one for adhesive and one for ribbon... I should get a few more to be on the safe side like you. And those flower dishes are such a fabulous idea!! Thanks for sharing.

awesome desk...love all the fun pics. I have that desk carousel and put the clip it up thing on it and don't like it half as much now. I think I am going to plant the clip it part in a flower pot of concrete and get my storage back. Thanks for sharing. Sorry I am so late getting around this week but I am making it around finally! Hope you had a great weekend! Vickie #36
