Something Old... Something New Creations by AR

Hello!!!-So glad you popped in to my  Something Old...Something New Creations by AR post today.  Can you believe it? ---Almost the 4th of July already...where does the time go?

Each Wednesday Creations by AR Design Team show off a file that has been in the store for a while-designing a new look for past templates!

I whipped up these super cute Peek-A-Boo Cases to use for 4th of July treats! They are so quick and easy you could make a batch in just a few minutes!
Of course  I had to made a couple different color combo's...

I found this fun candy at Winco! When I went to the big city, I found this holiday candy-this small town girl was tickled!!! Geeze-simple things make me so happy!
I did not cover the window of the case with acetate, but instead chose to add the candy in a little treat bag, folded it over and plopped it into the case bottom. And I did not even eat one piece of the candy...but I wanted too. I thought you might notice a piece missing...

I added a cute little firecracker(not included in the pattern) that I already had and a little twine and I was done!

You can find this template at Creations by AR.

Thanks for popping in today!

These are just adorable! I like the idea of using the baggies instead of covering the window with acetate.

How cute, Sue - and so sweet the way you have color coordinated them. I host a cookie exchange every December. We bring decorated containers for "samplers" of our cookies so each person takes a sampler of every one else's cookies. This little box would be perfect! thanks for the link. hugs, de
