Hello! Don't you just love this image surrounded by little colorful fishies?

The image panel is also on dimensionals. I added the sentiment and twine and fishy charm  to finish off the card.

Sue this is a great cheerful card. I love that you had a fish charm to match your b/g paper. Today is suppose to be a good beach day here in Ma., I hope so as my son is going to the beach for his B'Day today. I hope it is as sunny at the beach here as the feel of your card.
