Anything Goes with a Special Cut...

use a fun die and special cut card or even a haircut!

Hello...I have had a day or two to color up some images  so I thought I would show you this fun little pocket/envelope  card.  I cut the image out with Labels 8 Nestability and then traced the nestie and cut out another red layer for matting. I cut the sentiment banner on my Silhouette.  All the balloons are added on dimensionals (as well as the whole image panel) to make for a 3D card as well as a fun fold too!
