WOYWW 184

This is my workdesdk today...Christmas baking has started!  Tonight I am making Russian Teacakes...cooling and waiting for their second roll in the sugar and then into the freezer. Believe it or not, I don't eat any for these cookies when baking them...True story! Now after I am all done with my baking-that's a different story!

A birthday/Christmas card from Cely...so very cool, if you look through the window, you can see the snowman inside celebrating...it even has acetate for the window...OH so fun! Thanks Cely-enjoyed the note too!

I just received this cute Bugaboo Christmas card from Cheryl First...love all the pretty embellies-Thanks Cheryl!

Last weekend I went to visit my little grandsons-a great 3 days of shopping and visiting with them!
Here is a pic of my little 5 year old grandson Cole, for those of you who have not seen him lately-growing way too fast!  He has a 'thing' for nutcrackers and we found these big ones at Penny's while shopping!

And here is Luke(y) (age 2.5 years)getting his hair cut...he has so much hair-thick and curly! He was pretty wiggly, but the hairdresser was so patient with him!

The little stinker!

Well, off to do the second roll on the cookies and check out a few desks at Julia's house before I hit the bed! Thanks for popping in today and hope you have a few minutes to pop over to

Haha...I laughed and laughed at your pics and what you said. These are my favorite cookies..tea balls...of the season and I haven't made any. Now that I'm pretty much back to normal I'm ready to try my hand at some cookie and candy making for the season. I'm scared of nutcrackers..I mean they all look scary...funny how one of your grandson loves them...that's super great! The youngest sticking his tongue out....he's going to be the dashing flirty man when he grows up...sense of humor....haha. Glad it was a great visit for you.

Those are my absolute favorite cookie in the world. Mine rarely last a day so I don't make them often because I can eat them until I'm almost sick. Yum!

No eating while baking? Thats just wrong, you need to reward yourself and prove that its OK to eat.
Lovely grandies. Don't you just love little boys and their reaction to cameras? I think they are geneticallt prprogrammed to be like that.
Happy very belated WOYWW!

Awesome baking energy and line-up my friend. Those Russian Cookies look yummy! Your Grandsons are way adorable. Tell Cole them that Ms. America collects Nutcrackers and that I especially have a big heart for the authentic German ones! :) And Luke is extra precious in that classic picture with the tongue sticking out! Boys are so much FUN!!
