What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday, Lili Of the Valley, Cake Shop

Awww....tonight is the first time in several weeks I have actually stamped and colored! Been under the weather, but I think I have turned the corner and enjoyed a night of Olympics and coloring this darling Lili of the Valley Cake Shop image.  I made this for a family birthday tomorrow! I used the SFYTT for August. Yep, can you believe I have it in early??? Last month I squeaked in with less than 15 minutes to go!  You can see I have not cleaned my desk off for weeks, and do you see Elmo peeking out from under the pile of papers?

You can also see that I actually scribbled out the sketch from the SFYTT -not taking a chance that I would forget part of the sketch like I did last time! I am sure my dentist will not mind that I scribbled all over my appointment notice!

I just love all the meeces in this image! I so want the one with all the cherries too.

Well, I am off to bed, so good night my What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday friends. I hope to hop around and catch a few desks this week even! Woo Hoo! Make sure to check out our outdoorsy leader Julia on the Segway too. She looks so brave!

Sorry to hear you've been ill, friend. Too much work, no doubt.

What an absolutely adorable bunch of little mouses (yes, I know they're mice, but I like mouses better!) Your coloring is awesome...I still need a real class.

The Olympics are somewhat spoiled here as they give the results way ahead of time...bummer.

Hi Sue....it's me again. You asked why they are called 'fish and chip' babies.....they are knitted for babies out in Africa who, when born, have nothing to wear and are wrapped in news paper for warmth like fish and chips. :-(
Hugs,
A x

What an interesting desk, I could sit for ages looking at it. Probably will go back to look again.
Is that a candlestick with a bird box on top or are they two different things?
Thanks for sharing - Hugs, Neet xx #36

I'm late getting started this week. I blame it on the Linky snafu. I love how well you color and shade your stamps. That is REAL talent. BTW, I'm number 22.
