My other home away from home! WOYW?W

A quick post tonight for What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday.  Today I am going to show you where I have been sitting all night, finishing some little details on some  projects to be posted for a Creations by AR blog hop on Thursday. You see my Silhouette off to one side and my computer screen in front of me! This desk is in my living room downstairs. This is where I sit when I am using my cutting machine and need to show my face to my family. LOL
This desk is a new one with the same IKEA drawers on either end and an 8 foot long top that my Dad made for me! Love it! Lots of room to get messy! I can also multi task and watch TV and craft at the same time!  You also see my snack of choice at the end there...actually bought those to take to work, so that is why there are sitting there-don't want to forget them tomorrow morning!  I actually have to do bookwork for people here too, so it really works double duty!

Well off to hit the bed, but I hope you will stop back and peek at my fun projects.

If you want to see some fun desks, stop over to Julia's place and check it all out!

I really like your second work space, especially since you can spend time with your family.

I used to think that an 8-foot long desk top would be awesome. Now I just think I'd have an 8-foot long pile and still no place to work! It is nice to have a space and be hanging out with the family.

You have it all at your fingertips! What a great work area! I'll pass on the CHEES-ITs and wait patiently for the Lindor truffles :)

Love your desk Sue! That's a great spot too with a great view of the TV. Where I sit The TV is behind me, so I always have to keep turning around whenever I hear something interesting. Yes, once I am finished scrapping all the pages for a particular year, I send them all off to be printed in a book. It's pretty neat! :)

Now that version of your desk looks more like mine! Wish my computer was in my craft area instead of all the way across the house.

That's one huge table but still easy to fill up with goodies. Great that you can watch tv while you work.
Have a great week.

That must have been some crafting project you're working on if it took two boxes of Cheez-It to get through it!! Do you honestly think we believe that they're not for you, lol!! I'd be too distracted by the tv if I sat in a room when it was on!

That is a serious desk! Even I would not run out of space there, I think!

I just know I'd love cheez it's, so it's lucky your desk is too short to accommodate two. snort...an 8 footer, what bliss...and one of the reasons I don't do so much in the evenings really is because I need to grace my lovelies with my company....yours is the perfect solution.

What an amazing top at 8 feet!! Super space and super snack, but don't you get that cheesy goodness on your craftwork and bookwork?!

Hope you have a wonderful week! Darnell #136

I used to try to write blog posts and visit blogs in the livingroom, but I couldn't concentrate, so moved to my stamp room. I do like to be with my husband most evenings. I love your set up.
