House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge #97-Jewels or Jewelry

Welcome to House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge # 97---Use jewels or jewelry on you creations!

This challenge had me stumped, so I had to pull out my huge box of IRAK images to find something that would spark my mojo. I found this wonderful  Christmas cookie image... you all know how I love my c-c-dookies!

This image was stamped years ago and I do not have a clue who sent it to me. I had to be very careful coloring it with my copics as it was not stamped with "copic ink", so I didn't do much blending so that I did not smear the image. I managed to be verrrrrrrrrrrrry careful and it all worked out fine. The meeces are sitting in glittery snow, but that does not show in the pic.

I added jewels to the cookie toppings and tied on a little tree charm for good measure. Our House Mouse Mommy-America- sent all the team fun bits and bobs to add to our creations! Thanks Mommy!

Yep, that would be me eatin' those cookies for sure!

I am happy to start my Christmas card stash too. I am always too busy in the winter to whip up holiday cards, so I really need to start now!

I hope you can join us for challenge #97 at House Mouse and Friends...and stop by to  peek at what everyone has created for this challenge! You could win a a $15 gift card from Simon Says Stamp! or a special surprise from our blog Mommy-America!

And the winner of my blog candy is Julia from Indiana Julia and Her Temple of Crafting! Congrats Julia...send me your address and I will get this right out  to you!
