I made this card for my Dad for Father's Day. The set is from H and M Stamps. My Dad actually built a log cabin that we use for family get togethers, so I think he will appreciate this one!
I used a sizzix die to cut the trees and chalked them up a wee bit. The kraft cardstock I used for the ground I put through my big shot with a fiskars texture plate and chalked up with some brown here and there. I cut open the door as well as put curtains in the window just like his cabin has. A couple of the trees are on dimensionals as well as the Dad's Cabin sign. The sentiment is from the same stamp set. I stamped the cabin and the outhouse on some misc DP and colored them a little with my prisma pencils.

I love this cabin set too! this is the first set I bought from H&M - I've just started on their design team - will start posting cards the end of August I think!? thanks for pointing this fun card out to me!! I love all the dimension on this with the layered trees!
