Rose Surprise

I colored this cute little Rose Surprise card with copics and stenciled the sky with cloud stencils and distress ink.  I cut the stencil with wide masking tape and a Silhouette cute file. That works pretty slick-and the stencils can be used several times. So that was the extent of my "Make Your Own Background".   The sentiment is a retired Stampendous sentiment set. The polka dot matting is paper from a Bo Bunny 6x6 paper pad.
