This card is oh so special to me.
100%
I made this card for my sister-in-law that has been battling leukemia since Spring of 2020. She was just recently given the great news that after her bone marrow transplant last year...she is now 100% donor cells. That means her DNA is now 100% from the donor and none of her own bad cells remain. This is the best news ever!
This cute little image reminds me of my daughter Abby when she was a little girl of about 3. She used to wear these little "dealie bopper" headbands on her head and dance around in joy and hop up and down in front of the mirror and watch them wiggle around-they made her so happy. She wore them for hours each day.
I feel like wearing "dealie boppers" today!
My little fairy is mounted on an action wobble, so she can dance around in joy-just for Kristie!

That’s amazing news for you all xx
What excellent news. Your sister in law probably feels like doing the same thing. I feel like dancing for her.
Such a cute card. Love her headband and can imagine them wiggling. Lovely coloring. [Bunny]
This is absolutely adorable, Sue! The image, your coloring, the fun design, the resemblance to Abby -- all delightful! The most wonderful thing of all, though, is the great news about your sister-in-law. What a relief! Handsprings happening!
Sweet card Sue - that's fab news about your sister too!

What an adorable card Sue! I'm sure it brought a BIG smile to your sister-in-law and added to the excitement of her great news!! So wonderful and certainly something for you all to celebrate!!! Wishing you all well. Take care!! :) x
My favorite card of yours, Sue! She is just beaming and your colors/coloring are bold and happy! I am so pleased to hear that all is going well for your SIL. I think of her often and have emailed, but it might have gone to a spam folder. I'm just delighted to have seen this post and know the happy, happy news! Thank you for sharing! Hugs, Darnell
