I colored this image ages ago and I am just now putting it all together in a card. I had to look and look for a half way decent charm(And I have 100's)  I couldn't believe I didn't have a single little fishy charm. I did have a fish bones charm but I thought that might be a bit of a wrong message if you know what I mean! LOL  The card base is cut with my Silhouette.
