House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge
#437
Anything Goes
with the option theme of
April Showers
Hosted by our Talented Teamie- aNNie

(you will have to google this as it is an older stamp)
I have had this stamp forever and have never inked it up-can you believe it? It's been on my mind knowing that it needed to be colored, so this challenge was perfect!
Another 2 for 1 today! I can almost color two as fast as just coloring one. I think I like the pink and blue more than the yellow and green, but I colored the yellow and green for my Oregon Duck college family (yellow and green).
I colored this with copics and used a Spellbinders Postage Edge Rectangles.
I added the image with dimensionals on to the colored card base. I then added Nuvo glitter drops to the raindrops(White Blizzard). It dries clear and glittery. I really like the 3D feel of the April Showers!

ReplyDeleteOh that image is darling! I am drawn to the yellow and green card- as my Mom was partial to Purple and yellow's! It made me think of her- and great memories too! Fun to see the image in 2 different colors!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely fabulous cards, love the colours on both, but drawn to the yellow and green. Wonderful work Sue. x
ReplyDeleteOh I can believe it - I have many stamps that have never known what it's like to be inked up! I can't say I favorite one over the other - both are equally adorable. That is an adorable scene.
ReplyDeleteTwo fabulous cards! Love 'em both! And that's an image I don't have, I must go hunting for it!
