Glittery blog candy
A wee bit of blog candy for all my patient readers! I am still here...just been doing a little sewing this week instead of a lot of stamping! I do have a really fun project to show you tomorrow for 3 Clover's Thursday Challenge though...don't miss it!
I am at almost 50,000 thousand hits! Wowsers! Who would have thunk? I want to thank all of you who come and visit and take the time to comment! I just get so tickled at every comment! This blog candy is definitely Christmas orientated with lots of glitter from Martha Stewart, Eskimo Kisses DP, pearls, and a Holly Ribbons Cuttlebug embossing folders. I will pick a winner on Sunday, December 6th--so you have a few days to enter. Please enter by leaving a comment on this blog entry and tell me about your favorite Christmas music. Who sings that tune that gets you into the spirit of the season?
I always stamp to music and love all my Christmas tunes!
If you are a follower through blogger or through feedblitz, please include which one in your comment and I will enter your name twice!
50,000 hits! That is fantastic! Yippee for you!!!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Christmas music is an album by Glen Miller called, "In the Christmas Mood". It is so lively and happy. I put it on while we were trimming the tree the other day and the next thing I knew, we were all dancing. Even my teenagers love it!
Congratulations again! I just love your blog and am really happy for you.
Hugs,
Snoopy

ReplyDeleteI'm ashamed to say the name of the artist of the song I love! ReplyDeleteWOW, 50,000 Hits, congrats. My favorite Christmas song is Silent Night by anyone. It's the last thing we do at Midnight Mass at our church and they turn out all the lights except on the alter and we each have a lighted candle, it is so moving.

One of my favorite Christmas CD's is John Denver & the Muppets. When my girls were young, we would listen to it & sing along. They're grown now w/ children of their own & Memaw (me) gets to listen & sing along w/ my grandchildren now!! What fun!

ReplyDeleteCongrats on the 50.00 hits! So well deserved! :)
My favorite christmas music? I can't say I have something that is really a christmas favorite, but I have something that I really like that is connected to christmas. Each year just before christmas a Dutch radio station starts with a week that is for a good cause. They build a glass house in a dutch city and 3 dj's stay a week in the house. You have to pay money for your favorite song and that way they hope to get a lot of money for the good cause. That week is always really great and that is my favorite christmas music.:) The glass house is during the night also on tv so you can watch it all night. Real fun!
Hugs,
Larissa
