From Courtney's Closet Challenge #36-Parisian Breeze
Early! Can you believe this Libby? Here is this week's creation for From Courtney's Closet Challenge. I took my inspiration from the colors in Courtney's cute little shirt (and of course all of the dots too). I am just a polka dot girl!
I also am using the sketch challenge from Verve Stamps Viva La Verve April Week 1 on SCS.
You can find the challenge HERE. The challenge was to use only a sentiment stamp in this sketch.
If you have not tried the Stampin Up Speciality DP, you are really missing out...! It has such wonderful texture and is double sided too. This is my monthly all SU! card. I try to make at least one card that is all SU products to post on a Yahoo group I belong to...so here we go...two days before the end of the month...nothing like waiting till the last minute. I work well under pressure LOL! (or at least I work).
--------------------------------------
Stamps: Celebration set Echoes of Kindness from SU!
Cardstock: Baja Breeze, Parisian Breeze Speciality DP, Choc Chip
Ink: Choc Chip
Misc; EK Success punch(goodness I should have used my SU! scallop punch), circle nesties, choc chip ribbon
Gorgeous, Sue! SU! does have some lovely DP!

ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful card, Sue, and what a cute picture of Courtney. I agree that SU's DP's are great!
ReplyDeleteFunny thing, I thought of Parisian Breeze dsp immediately when I looked at Courtney's cute little top! You've done a great job with the challenge AND using my very favorite dsp! That beautiful sentiment needs it's own spotlight anyway since it's so thought-provoking! Great card!
