HMFMC Anything Goes #399

#399

Hosted by our Talented Teamie -Me!

We are here with a new challenge for you.

Lets just try:

Anything Goes

Daisy Mouse-sentiment

Silhouette Files:

Well I learned a thing about crocus when I made this cute meece card! I always thought they were spring flowers, but according to google their blooming season is October-May! Works for me as I wanted to make this cute flower image into a fall card!

I love that Spellbinders includes sentiments with their new releases. It is so handy to use these sentiments.

I colored the scene with copics and added it to this 3D easel card base I cut with my Silhouette. I added a few little flourishes to the bottom panel as well.

*For Silhouette users I have modified this Lori Whitlock file and left off the second top panel and also made a small piece for my sentiment. I added the extra flourish. Card is A2 size.

Bio.
I have been drawing since a child and studied graphics at College many years ago, I now work as a Medical photographer part time but my love was always drawing. I started cardmaking about 4yrs ago when I bought my daughter a cardmaking kit which we did together, but I’m afraid I got the bug! My daughter preferred scrapbooking. I then started looking online at other blogs and this then became my passion and I loved sharing my cards with like minded people.
I love stamping and loved finding images, but sometimes I could not find what I wanted so I started to draw myself. This then has become my second addiction and I have never looked back, I love thinking of new images, and its just fabulous to see others take them and make them into beautiful works of art. Long may it continue!

Many thanks to our generous Sponsors
 for their continued support.

  7. What a lovely fold Sue and such a pretty card!
Yes I have crocuses that bloom in autumn, and I think they are prettier than spring because often there's not much else out. I think the spring ones are mainly yellow and the autumn ones mainly purple.
