Well, hello there! I've been missing in action a bit, but I didn't want to miss the party!
Better late than never right?

Nothing says summer more  than  campfire goodies and lots of outdoor fun! I recently tried to cook some popcorn in a campfire. Let me tell you-it was an experiment gone bad. LOL  I carefully wrapped up some popcorn and butter in some foil. The anticipation was high as we could all hear that butter sizzling. My mouth was watering...until we opened it and the popcorn was burned black LOL. So much for the experiment. We did make campfire foil dinners and smores that turned out delish thank heavens! We are going to work on the popcorn experiment another time!

I colored this fun image with copics and added a few pieces of popcorn for fun.  Inside sentiment: enjoy the small things

  2. Beautifully colored and such bright fun colors. Making popcorn over a campfire was a favorite of our growing up. My parents had an open wire sqare basket with a long hand and sliding lid, no oil, just held it over the fire, not the flames and it was delish.
Love the extra popcorn pieces you added to your card too.

  4. Beautifully colored - this image looks challenging. The popped corn is a great addition. Now you have me thinking about how to pop corn over a fire... Hmmm, I've never tried that before .

  5. It looks like these meeces have figured out the popcorn thing. I've never tried it, but the foil dinners and s'mores for sure, plus trout roasted on a forked stick -- yum! Your card is super cute and love those buttery popcorn morsels flying right off your card!
