Spring Flowers-Penny Black Saturday Challenge

Welcome to Penny Black Saturday Challenge!

Hello!!!  I bet you are all waiting for spring, aren't you? It seems there is snow everywhere  but on the west coast of the US where I live. We are suppose to have 70 degree weather this weekend...I have never seen this before!!! We are usually buried under tons of snow during February and March.   I have to say I am so enjoying the sun!

I made this project to get you into the Spring Flowers mode-keep hope that the sun will visit you soon too!

I used a new cut file from the Silhouette store for the box with the attached easel card. (see link below)  I added the bright and cheerful Taylored Expressions designer papers to accent with that rainbow touch!  I attached the oval with the bunny onto the front of the easel card, along with the sentiment and sequins. I made 3 little cards (3x4)  to add to the inside drawer.

The easel folds flat to the top of the box

Inside the box I made three little 3x4 cards-adding super cute little critters from several different Penny Black stamp sets (see below for a listing)

  1. This is phenomomial ! OMG! What an awesome gift and idea! Is the white paper sitting on top of each card or did you make a frame and the white paper is behind it? Not that it matters...just curious...so much to look at and pulling all those critters from different places yet they all look like they came from the same set. Just wonderful!!
