Creations by AR October Release!

Potions and Eye of Newt....spooky stuff

I think these were intended to be a manly foo-foo smell good bottle and a sweet girlies foo-foo parfume...but you gotta know that I love Halloween projects!  I saw these labels  in the Silhouette store and knew right away they were perfect for this project!!! I decorated each bottle with with a fun print and cut label . (linked below).

Ewwwww...don't you love that spider hanging  in the middle of the bottles?

I thought these lids would be really hard to make-but both bottles and lids were super easy to make. I would suggest that you use Zip Dry Paper glue on these (or a similar liquid glue) as it allows for a little alignment time before it sets up.

I have to tell you that the cobwebs I used for the pictures were a real pain.  They kept stretching and getting tangled-the whole picture taking scene made me laugh! But--- It was oh so worth it to see that spooky spider hanging in the background !!!!

Doesn't this looks like Santa's Armoire?

I love these little frames-I cut the "little, teeny tiny" numbers with my Silhouette.

The lid(top) closes and holds the doors closed

Flip the lid back and the doors open

I am showing you the inside with  A2 envelopes tucked inside, but I really think this would be just the cutest full of fun little wrapped gifties at Christmas time! It is fairly large inside ---  about 6.5 inches tall, 5 inches wide by  x 2 inches deep!!  The Armoire itself is 7.5 inches tall!

Won't you join our hop and see what the others have created? I can't wait to see!!!

Here is a list of the design team-start hopping!

  15. Oh, stop! Seriously, stop! I honestly thought those bottles were real. I was looking at the close up trying to figure out how you got the smudged white to stick on them, and I was admiring the cobwebs and the hanging spider... It was a while before I realized... could this be?... they were made of cardstock! Totally amazing! The inside is super-wow! I'm just in awe! Santa's armoire is no slouch, either! Both projects could knock me over with a feather!
