Inky Antics Sick Turtle

I made this little get well card with the thought of using it for a man type card...men are so hard to make cards for! I used some Paper Loft paper and added some twine and little sewing in order to 'man it up' some!

I colored the poor little sickie, cut him out and added him to the front of the card with pop dots. I added a couple brown pearls and sewed for the first time in ages...made me remember how much I love sewing. My poor machine is tucked away in a corner and doesn't get used much anymore.

I used the new Deconstructed Sketch  #116
below.

You can find this Inky Antics Sick Turtle set at Inspiration Emporium.

  11. Adorable adorable adorable.....oh yes.....manly card are hard and I don't usually have them when I need them. You did a great job and the choice of colors is definitely manly. I keep my sewing machine out to make it easier to want to use.
