Welcome to House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge-Thankful. (This can be as easy and as simple as a Thanks sentiment added to your card)
A quick post tonight...but I wanted to jump in and share with you what I am thankful this fall... Weight Watchers LOL! Yep...nothing like that scale to keep you flying right! Several of my friends are going as well...some weeks are good, some not so good...but the progress is slow and steady! And yes, I am thankful to be fitting into those clothes in my closet!
I hope you can join in for our challenge #108. I almost didn't make it for the challenge tonight, but at the last minute decided I would rather color than paint a bedroom ceiling---that's a no brainer huh?
Well, I am off and running! Have a good week!
Hope you can take a minute and check out the cute little 3D project I posted for Outlines Monday HERE!
Card details: I will be back tomorrow with the complete details. Sorry-I forgot my glasses and I am too lazy to run back upstairs and get them!

ReplyDeleteAfter my back surgery, and steriods that may be gain weight, I did the weight watchers program. I went to the YMCA 5 days a week and swam in a water aerobics class and when I could walk without a cane, I started on the elliptical machine. First day....3 minutes...lol I got up to 35 minutes, lifted weights for 20 and swam for an hour and did WW. I lost 50 pounds in 6 months. I felt alive again. I have stayed within 6-8 lbs of my goal weight. It takes time, it works and walk, and exercise. So excited for you.
ReplyDeleteOops...I forgot to tell you how I love love your card....you know how I love House Mouse and Friends. Simply adorable!!!
