What's On Your Workdesk #100-He Loves Me

Darling Little Frieda's Daisy

I made this card with my new Craft's Meow Little Frieda Stamp. My stamping friend, Lisa Hjulberg just started a new adventure----Her very own online store...The Craft's Meow! I was on the first LaLaLand  DT with Lisa and we have been friends ever since. She is truly one great person! Stop by and check out all the happenings going on over at her new place!

 What's in my closet Wednesday

I have a small walk in closet in my craft room. You can tell it needs a wee bit of help, but I am so unmotivated to clean it up, easier to shut the door LOL! I am going to unmount all my Stampin Up sets to just streamline that area...I know, just so I can fit more stuff in there!!!. You can see this big ole huge roll of ezmount type foam I bought to start the process. It is a roll of 75 feet for $100. Several  of my other friends and I went in together and bought several rolls. They are much further in their process than I am. What you see below is 2/3's of a roll. Waiting....

Hope you are having a great week, I have not posted all week, no other reason than I am sort of into my Dancing with the Stars and American Idol shows...and of course the Royal Wedding. Wasn't Kate just beautiful...such a day!

Stop in and say hello to Julia at the Stamping Ground and visit a few desks should you have time! You never know what you will come upon LOL!

  4. That is a really adorable card. And your closet will be super once you get all that rubber off the wood. I'm sure you will be much happier, too. Of course, I don't think it looks all that bad, now! Happy WOYWW from # 6 this week.

What a great deal for cling, I should have purchased that when I unmounted all my SU sets... or recently when I did my other wood mounts. Make sure to show us an after photo of your unmounting. :)

  19. Sue, You know how I like paper piecing. Very cute card, love the colors and paper choice.

You look like you have more than a lot of work cut out to put ez mount onto that many stamps.

  20. Oh my gosh, Mary Anne just above me said what I was thinking! I spotted that image of the 3 horses in your closet and went GAGA over it! LOL
I love the paper piecing on your adorable card!! I agree, Cate was a lovely bride and her sister was equally stunning! Her mom looked so elegant too! I love weddings..........sigh :)

  22. I don't even mount on ez-mount anymore. I just use tack and peel and I love it. It was only about $10 to cover one big or a few medium/small blocks and that's it. I just slap the bare rubber on it and am good to go.

  24. Oh the roll of foam, just waiting. it kinda sums up my whole craft ethos!! Lovely shot of your closet...you know, as long as there's a door on it, you probably won't get around to it....I think! I know I wouldn't...I've only started on the room of shame because the hinge dropped and the door can't be shut properly!!

  25. I unmounted all most all my stamps and once I get more money, time, and feel better I am going to do the rest of them. It is so much easier to store them in the dvd cases and notebooks. Thanks for sharing. Vickie aka okienurse #36

  26. Hi Sue, your card is lovely. I really like how you've pieced the hat and dress with the cross-stitch dp giving a great vintage look to the card. Brilliant shot of your closet full of stamps - love the stamp with the horses - it looks as though you should never be stuck for ideas with so many stamps. Thanks for opening your closet door :) Elizabeth x #38
