WOYWW #90


For some reason I can not make a fancy schmancy card without adding a silly sentiment....Happy Birthday Charla!

Card details:

Stamps: Studio G?
Cardstock: Love Letters DP and Very Vanilla and Black all  from SU
Ink: Versafine black
Misc:; pearls, black satin ribbon from SU!, misc sizzlet flowers, SU! glitter brad.

Here's my desk this week, I did not even dare show it last week...I think there must have been about a foot of paper on it! I have done a little housekeeping since then so maybe you can see a few of my future projects...some fun Bugaboo digi's printed up, some more of the lovely SU! Love Letter DP and maybe a Mo's image in my inspiration basket.  I cleaned all the Valentine stuff out and add some misc projects...(and yes Jovi, I ate the pack of Hot Tamales LOL)

Cleaned my big shot area too...I showed this spot last week....paper all filed away...whew!

 Speaking of paper, this is how I store my SU! solid cardstock. (in manila folders with cardstock tags/labels on them) I used to have all this in a rolling hanging file holder. I like this system as the storage shelf is eye level and easy to find a specific color. I do want to add colored tags to the sides of the folders now that I have moved to a shelf system. Someday I will get around to that!

    I have a cutting station, but find I hate to actually get up and walk over to it. So I keep my Spellbinders Grand Caliber right on my desk where it is handy....no wonder my butt is getting bigger every day!

    What an amazing craft room you have - so much stash. I first saw the collection of pens and went wow, then scrolled down and my eyes just got bigger and bigger. Love your blog - Keep up the resolution of actually using it all! Happy woyww

    All that lovely card stock! mmmmmmm
    Glad to see your desk again, I was worrying tha tyou were clearing up too much. I love the sentiment on that card - I, like you, have to add text like that....I have one that says 'we've been through a lot together - and most of it was your fault' which I manage to use a lot!

    Cute card, Sue! I love humorous sentiments. They're really so much more like something I'd actually say to my friends. I'm intrigued by that little light on your desk. Looks like you use it for photographing your cards. I really need a better set up. Mine takes up way too much space!
