Frogs for Jayme

My new House Mouse teamie, Lisa Cook,  has posted this message on her blog and asked for her blog friends to send frog cards to her sister Jayme, who is dying of terminal cancer. You can read about it here.

This is the only frog image and sentiment I had, a cute Penny Black set.  The frog at the bottom is actually showing from the inside of the card...peeking out through a punched oval.

If you have a few minutes to make up a frog card...I am sure Jayme and Lisa would enjoy your efforts.
Follow the link above to Lisa's blog to post your card.

Card Details:
---------------------------------
Stamps: Penny Black 2473C Just Checking! and 2761E ...better than flies. Flower stamp retired from SU!

Cardstock: Garden Green and Real Red SU!, DP Creative Imaginations

Ink: Memento black, copics, versamark

Misc: SU border punch, ribbon from Ellen Hutesons store, Oval punch and scallop oval punch

  3. What a sweet card, but at the same time what a sad story that's behind it :( I'll have to see if I have any frog images in my stash and get a card out to them! TFS!

  7. Beutiful card, love the frisky colour combo and teh design is just fab. I also seriously admire a thought behind it and hope to create something myself.
    To answer your question - on this card I used E000, E00 & E21 for skin. I THINK the cheeks were E11 but I don't remember that bit exctly. I also often use E50, E51 & E53
