Week 1o over at Kerry's 3 Clover's Thursday Challenge! Where has the time gone? The theme this week...It's a Zoo Around Here or anything with animals. I had this darling Penny Black stamp I have been waiting to use and when I got to thinking about it...I realized it hasn't been that long since I have been to a children's party...and we all know what a ZOO those parties can be...so I decided this was a perfect fit!I used this PB stamp along with some of my new cupcake DP by Basic Grey. I love when all the DP is coordinated for you...feels a little like cheatin' but hey...it saves the brain power! The sketch layout is from this week's Penny Black Saturday Challenge.
The present and balloon are added on with dimensionals and then I added a tag sentiment, a little ribbon, and a few brads.

this image was PERFECT for this week's theme!! Such a CUTE and Fun card!!! I love those BG paper packs for that exact reason: all the coordinating is done for you! ;) Congrats on your upcoming blogaversary! WoooHooo!

Such a cute card, Sue! I love Penny Black images. . they are so darn adorable and this image is no exception!! I love the pretty colors of your card and you colored the image so beautifully!! I love the Zoo. . .San Diego near where I live is such a large zoo that you need to spend at least 3 days to see everything!!

Oh, Sue, this card is too cute! I love the image - wish you could zap it to me because I have to go make my grandson's birthday card and this would be so perfect. I even have the DP already. Isn't that paper fun!! I was thinking of incorporating it into his card. You're coming up on one year - that's fantastic. I've got 4 months to go for mine. Anyway, you made an adorable card! LOVE it!

Oh! This is too cute! I literally exclaimed out loud with delight when I saw this absolutely adorable card! I especially love the giraffe with the present hanging by the ribbon from his mouth. Makes me just keep on smiling!
