I love watching the hummingbirds out my window during the summer!
For the challenge this week we are using punches. It was fun to look through my punches. I rarely use them anymore because I use my Silhouette cutting machine for everything. I dug out my Martha Stewart grass punch to ground my meecie image. A bit funny, took me a second to figure it out, but the memory came back quickly. Curious if you use your punches anymore? I have drawers full of them. I tried to give them to my daughter for her 2nd grade classroom, but they are still here. I'll have to get her in gear!
I used a Penny Black Zig Zag Stacker rectangle die cut and the
Picket Fence Seeing Double Alphabet along with a small Penny Black sentiment from the Snippet sentiment set. I added the sky using a Lawn Fawn cloud die and Speckled Egg Distress Oxide ink.

Punches? What a great card, love the grass punch. I very rarely use mine either, must go look at them, not that I have many. I, too, use my Silhouette. The image is adorable and beautifully coloured, love the Hello too. x

ReplyDeleteI love hummingbirds too. This is beautifully colored. I had this actual punch and finally gave it away. I still have just a few punches left and can't seem to get rid of them. Your card is lovely. [Bunny]
ReplyDeleteAn adorable stamp with your beautiful coloring, and that punch made the perfect grass! I have saved quite a few punches that I still use, some more than others, but that's how it is with all my supplies. They get used eventually.
