hello friend
A wee bit of a mess tonight...lots to do and running out of evening to get it done! On my desk tonight you can see several fun little Penny Black cards I have been working on, the start of my blog post on the computer screen, remote control close at hand, my Silhouette machine still fired up and misc stamps/stuff. I finally brought down my tool caddy from my upstairs crafty room ....I certainly missed it and am wondering what took me so long!
Seems I am always low on birthday and all occasion cards, so I used a cute little Penny Black Critter Party clear stamp set and some really fun sentiments by Paper Smooches...boy do I love those sentiment stamps! I also used the sketch challenge from the Penny Black Saturday Challenge. (Squeaking in under the wire with a couple days grace!)
I am off to clean up this mess and continue on-getting projects ready for a copic class I am teaching Thursday. Cutting cardstock etc. Better get busy! And of course watching The Voice too...love that show! Loved that Dobie Gray song that the Swan Brothers sang tonight...takes me back to my high school days!

I don't have a Silhouette but doubt I will get one as all the money I have investing in the Cricut, Big Shot Pro and the Vagabond with dies etc. Crafting can be a money sink for sure! ReplyDeleteI don't know that I could work with the tv etc. I craft in what used to be my old office when I worked full time from home. So no distractions at all, I worked in silence and still do.

You brought the caddy down because you need all your important stuff near you...so...what's with the calculator? Are you checking how much you are spending on crafts or checking how much money you have so you can SPEND money on crafts....haha

ReplyDeleteBusy girl and cute cards! I love how you have everything set up there together. My stamping is in one room, the computer in another, and the TV (which is mostly hubby's domain) in another. I like how you can create a card, then turn around and photograph it and write your blog post all in one spot.
