Go Oregon Ducks 2013!

If you have been around my blog for over a year...you probably know that I have taken to posting a card to support my Oregon Ducks football team in their quest for a football bowl game win!

Now, I am not a big sports fan, but I became a diehard Ducks fan when my daughter Erin, was a Dance team member and then a Cheerleader for several years while she attended University of Oregon. And then my other daughter, Abby, attended U of O, so it became a family tradition to support our Ducks!

This card is in honor of our team spirit!!! I have named these ladies after us...Abby is first, with her new brown hairdo, then there is me with the grey(although I do NOT wear pink foam curlers mind you-and my hair is not THAT grey), Amanda-Abby's bestest friend, and Erin. Yes, I tend to name things/people on my cards! ( I even have the figurines in my Christmas village named)

I went through all the fonts on my computer until I found an O that looked similar to the University logo. I cut it with my Silhouette, as well as the lettering and the flag.  The O is on pop dots and then I cut out the Girlfriends Art Impression stamp and added it up on double layer pop dots. Oh so fun!

All I can say is that it looks like we were celebrating a wee bit much when we put on  our lipstick LOL!

  5. Aside from the colors and the team, you know I love this. You will be listed as a favorite from me at the end of 2013.

THIS IS SO AWESOME! Each year you get better and better, just like those Oregon Ducks.

Now, allow me to try to remember what it feels like to be in a bowl game.
