Since I didn't get my project done I thought I would share a little detail from my workdesk instead.
I am going to show you my turn table and a peek inside ...my most used small supplies.
my cut up Neenah paper and misc scissors
My dimensionals and punches.
all my glues!
For long time followers, here is a current picture of the little loves of my life!
My precious little grandsons, Luke (age 1) and Cole (age 3). I had a great time spending Gwamma one on one time with the boys this weekend while thier Mama was gone and Daddy was busy working nights catching the bad guys.Got lots of good hugs and kisses from my little sweeties!
I whipped up this card to send to Cole, he was sad when Gwamma had to go back home yesterday, so I thought he would love to get some mail! He didn't know the story of Jack and the Beanstalk, so I guess I will have to look for that book for him. This Mo's Digital Pencil image so reminds me of Cole-that full head of hair!!! I have another one I am working on for Luke. Luke will just tear it up (or slobber all over it LOL), so no need to get too fancy!
I used this sketch from Jen at I love 2 stamp, just flipped.
If you get a chance, go check out the second anniversary What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday...!
The card is lovely, and such a sweet idea to send to your grandson after you had left.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, kids love to get mail that is addressed to them personally... and a great excuse to get him the book too!
ReplyDeleteHappy 2nd Anniversary of WOYWW!
Your Grandchildren will be thrilled to get post addressed to them - my kids are 13 & 17 and still love it when they get rather than mum and dad - have a great week
ReplyDeleteAh, look at those babies getting all grow'd up Sue! Love the Jack card for Cole - is there a goose that lays a golden egg around anywhere? I need one...quick!
ReplyDeleteOh, great card! And, yes, the little boy does look like Cole! Just look at those two boys and all the Gwamma love showing in their eyes. So sweet! Your heart must be so full!

Oh the PiF doesn't matter..specially when you have those two cuties to concentrate on! I think you could tell a paper crafter at 100 paces jsut from the number of glues she carries!
ReplyDeleteWell, I can actually comment on your blog...some I still can't..go figure!
ReplyDeleteI love that turn around thing. It holds an amazing amount of "stuff".
Now how could you resist those smiles and those chubby cheeks are just ripe for kissing. Lucky Gwamma!!

Happy WOYWW Anniversary!
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing that even comes close to spending time with grandchildren. Mine all stay within a 10km radius, so I get to see them often. I even do the school run for two of them, so I am lucky enough to see two of them every day during the week - such a gift!
Your card is fantastic. I love Mo's images.
Belated 104! I have a couple of lazy susans which do in a pinch, but your's is lovely and functional! Beautiful grandchildren :D. Beautiful card! TFS :D #8
